Class Room

The School has well-furnished, properly ventilated and naturally lit rooms with proper seating facilities.

Computer Room

The School has well equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer. The School has a well-resourced library, having about 4000 books ranging from fairy tales to encyclopedias. The books are available to the students for reference.

Play Ground

There is a spacious playground with a badminton cum basketball court. Facilities for indoor games like table tennis, carrom and chess are also available. Inter-School and Intra-School cricket and Basket Ball matches are also organized. Students are taken to outdoor grounds at regular intervals to ensure their proper physical development as well. Every Saturday exercise and yoga classes are conducted. The Sports Day is held in September.

Co-curricular Activities

The Cultural Academy of the School conducts various co-curricular activities like, dance, vocal music, instrumental music, painting, handicrafts, elocutions, declamations, debates, plays, etc. for the development of young minds. The Academy conducts music, dance and karate classes for interested students. The talent of the students is showcased during the Parents’ Day where emphasis is laid on maximum participation of students in various cultural programmes. World renowned artists are invited to perform in the school from time to time.

The School has a large hall with good seating facility. Various indoor competitions are organized there. The hall is equipped with Televisions and Video and Audio Players where children are shown films on various intellectual and interesting subjects.

Boarding House

The School offers separate boarding houses for boys and girls. The girls hostel is located in the School premises itself, whereas the boys hostel is situated at a walking distance of half a kilometer from the School on the left bank of river Beas at Juani Ropa. Transportation facilities are made available for the junior hostlers to and from the School.

The School operates 3 buses, 10 vans and 30 auto-rickshaws for the students. Being the only school where students from every nook and corner of the valley come to study, the school timings are from 9 am. to 2:50 p.m.

The School maintains a clean Canteen where food is cooked in hygienic environment. Wholesome meals and snacks are served to students at reasonable rates.

Educational Tours

The School organizes day picnics for every class at regular intervals. During winter vacations every year the school organizes educational tours for students of class seven and above for which the students are required to pay a nominal amount.
